Bad News for Fnatic

I have a really bad news for DreamHack. 1 of the best player of Fnatic team, xPeke, my spanish friend, probably wont play the first rounds of the tournament. He had a delay on the planes and he couldnt pick the travel to Sweden.

Instead of him, 1 of the other Fnatic members, called Wewillfailer will play instead of him. Its really sad to not see xPeke there. I hope he can be there as soon as possible!

Finally after 3 finals in the go4lol's, we won it!

Semifinal vs SK Gaming:

Wizards picks: Cho'Gath, Corki, Vayne, Amumu, Sona.
SK Gaming picks: Maokai, Ashe, Soraka, Kassadin, Vladimir.

This is always a hard match vs SK Gaming, but we did a really good moves on the early game. So we had a really good advantatge, to do first drakes and to control the map.

In the late game, we had more farm and more map-control.

Final vs TicTacs:
Wizards picks: Corki, Swain, Amumu, Mordekaiser, Janna.
TicTacs picks: Heimerdinger, Caitlyn, Soraka, Cho'Gath, Alistar.

They did a really good pushing setup, with Caitlyn putting traps in front of our tower, Heimer putting torrets, Cho'Gath cleaning the lane fast, and Soraka healing Heimer turrets. And if you try to join there, Alistar kick your ass off >.<

We did some good early actions, with ganks top or mid, but in mid game, they controlled us with their push. We moved Corki to split push other lane while they were pushing mid lane so hard. When they reached our tower with inhibitor, we could heal fast and jump to em. We did a really good teamfight, and we start leading from here the game. Doing Nashor and taking many towers.

Spanish new: Wizards.

Interview in english (Used translator to do it. Im already playing some games so later, I will check for a correctly translation)

Alvar good afternoon, although you are a player known for the scene of the League of Legends show up for those who do not know.

Very good at all. I Alvar Martin, Madrid player better known as the Araneae LOL. I am a student of industrial engineering, and in my free time player of the League of Legends. Earlier I fought in Dimegio, SK Gaming, and Dignitas. And now my new stage will be in all Spanish Wizards.

Tell us briefly about your experiences with European clubs and players that made you long after returning to play alongside Spanish and more specifically under the name of Wizards.

Then I started a Spanish-only team, led by me, Dimegio. There I met my current partner Babet. But the level that was not top European club, I decided to make changes to your computer with new foreign players (German, Swedish ...) and so managed to win several titles. Then we signed for SK Gaming, and we got top 1 in the ranking of the go4lols for several months. After that, the team's attitude change, everyone thought it was the best player in his role, and he did not train them in the face of the IEM in Hannover. There we were 3, behind MYR (currently Fnatic) and AAA. After passing through Germany decided to make changes to the team, but the computer does not accept, and I decided to leave. Soon Dignitas manager contact me so that I join them, but the experience did not last long due to lack of motivation. That was the reason why I set at Wizards LoL, I saw a new team, and motivated, and eager to take on the world playing only Spanish players. It's a new challenge in my life, and one goal: to make this team, global top1.

What do you think it takes to become one of the best players in Europe in this very new but popular game?

What is needed in this game is mainly motivated. Many people with an exceptional level leaving the game just is not so. With motivation get everything you need: Vision of the game, "skill", versatility of champions ...
In my case, I have perfected all Supports, the junglers, and several AP's. But deep down, I can handle everything.

To finish let us know how you see now the European level and to your new computer and have expectations for short and long term.

The European level is currently dominated by 3 teams, but 1 is quite low. Although many of these teams have come to be "top level". At that point is where I want to influence: when in Wizards had no real leader, and I know that even far from its "highest level." Some players on this team have a great individual. But all the flock, company or team without a leader, never getting anywhere. That's the role I am going to develop here.
In the short term we DreamHack, where we aspire to that trip to Sweden. In the long term, with competitions like the LVP or WCG, I think we already at a level of beating any team. Over time, this team will have an unimaginable level.
